Interior build-out of existing retail suite. Build-out includes the following: construction of new interior partitions, installation of new interior doors, frames and interior glazing, installation of new tenant selected finishes, installation of new power & lighting to accommodate new layout, construction and installation of new millwork
This project involved the buildout of a 1,400+ square foot Healthy Fast Casual Restaurant in Pinellas County. This project was completed in approximately 6 weeks.
