PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project consisted of two, 72,000 SF Office buildings. One being owner occupied by the developer, the other to be leased or sold after completion. Both buildings were constructed with tilt exterior slab panel exterior walls with steel beams and bar joist floor and roof assembly. Project completed in 13 months.
